Location. Located three miles from downtown Las Cruces, N.M., Hotel Encanto overlooks the historic old town of Mesilla just six miles away. Within two miles of the property are the Mesilla Valley Mall, the New Mexico Farm & Ranch Heritage Museum and Sonoma Ranch golf course. New Mexico State University is three miles away.
Hotel Features. Fine dining in the hotel is at Cafe Espana, featuring dishes such as Salmon with Tequila Cream Sauce and Coffee Roasted Filet Mignon. Azul offers a casual lounge environment with signature cocktails and over 70 varieties of tequila.
