Internationally known Puerto Banus yacht marina lies at the entrance to this moderately priced apartment hotel located a five minute walk from a white, sandy Mediterranean beach. Four miles away is the Costa Del Sol's cosmopolitan Marbella. Andalusian style studios, airy and white, include a private bath, a kitchenette, and a private white arched terrace overlooking either the pool or the town of Nueva Andalucia across the highway. Occupying three blocks and adorned with sub tropical gardens, the white stone hotel includes an outdoor swimming pool, two squash courts, a lighted tennis court, and a lighted paddle tennis court. A coffee shop and a bar are available. This hotel, occupying three blocks with sub tropical gardens, has 319 large, apartment style units with combined living and sleeping rooms. The decor is in rustic Andalusian style. All units have kitchenettes. Sliding glass doors open to private, furnished white arched terraces with views of the pool or surrounding neighborhood. Opened in 1991 and renovated in 1999, the white stone Pyr Marbella is comprised of two five story buildings and one six story building on three blocks bedecked with bougainvillea and other sub tropical plants and vegetation. A poolside snack bar and a golfer's bar are open seasonally. An Internet room is available, as is paid parking garage space upon request. Surrounded by Puerto Banus' 100 restaurants, bodegas, and boutiques, the hotel is within one mile of the Playa Levante beach and the mile long, white marble promenade. Hotel Coffee Shop This coffee shop and lounge serves a breakfast buffet every morning and beverages at night. A golfer's bar is open daily except Sunday and summers.
